District Medical Group (DMG) is seeking an NP/PA to deliver primary medical care in collaboration with the behavioral health teams at the Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Maryvale, AZ. This role supports patients with serious medical illness and works within a multidisciplinary team.
