District Medical Group (DMG) is recruiting an NP/PA to provide primary medical care in collaboration with the behavioral health teams at the Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Phoenix, Arizona for patients with serious medical illness. Note: psychiatric care is provided by a team of psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals.

Arizona NP/PA license is required with outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. Previous clinical experience is preferred.
