Job summary

District Medical Group (DMG) invites an NP/PA to provide primary medical care in collaboration with the behavioral health teams at Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. This position emphasizes team-based care for patients with serious medical illness.

Candidate must hold an Arizona NP/PA license, demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, and possess a strong work ethic; previous clinical experience is preferred.
