Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a CRNP/PA for primary care in a physician office setting with weekend and on-call rotation. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient evaluation, care planning, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.

The incumbent will perform histories, physicals, orders, injections, wound care, and ensure proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA and privacy policies. A PA-C or NP credentialing will be required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree MSN from the practicing State Board of Nursing Approved Master's Program.
• National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners.
• Practicing-state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• PA-C or board eligible. Ongoing successful recertification (NCCPA) as a PA-C Within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provides primary healthcare services for non-acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations
• Records patient medical history and physical assessment; develops therapeutic care plan
• Orders diagnostic tests and interprets results; documents medical records
• Coordinates patient care with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team; involves supervising physician as needed
• Provides wound care, medications, and injections; prepares prescription orders
