Job summary

Qualifications

• CRP/ACLS per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive patient care in primary care settings.
• Orders and interprets labs and imaging as per protocol.
• Develops therapeutic care plans and documents medical records.
• Triages calls and coordinates care with the supervising physician(s).
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
