Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team. The role involves managing patient care in collaboration with a supervising physician and coordinating treatment plans, with potential extended hours in acute care settings.

The ideal candidate will hold Texas NP/PA licensure, current APRN status, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS). Proficiency with EHR systems and hospital privileges is expected.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with NP/PA licensure in Texas.
• Master's degree or higher and valid Texas PA/NP license.
• Current APRN licensure and NP certification in a specialty.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS as required.
• Proficient in EHR and hospital privileges eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical management in collaboration with supervising physician and care team.
• Work at Primary Care with potential extended hours in acute care.
• Charting, coordinating care, and following up test results.
• Write follow-up progress notes with updated plans discussed on rounds.
• Coordinate care and communication with referring services and follow-up on tests.
