Job summary

BAS Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 100% outpatient primary care practice in Prospect, CT. The role sees patients from birth and up, with a 4-day workweek (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) and no on-call shifts.

You will perform routine physical exams, develop medical and educational plans, and collaborate with physicians and care team members; referrals to specialists are expected when needed.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Connecticut license or eligibility.
• APRN or PA training required.
• 2+ years in primary care seeing pediatric and adult patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical examinations and develop medical, educational, and psychosocial plans.
• See patients from birth and up in a 100% outpatient primary care setting with no OB.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team; refer to specialists when needed.
• Utilize EPIC and Ambient AI to promote better outcomes and continuity of care.
