Job summary

Advanced Practitioners - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) position in a multi-provider primary care practice


• 100% outpatient primary care setting - Family Medicine, seeing patients from birth and up, no OB


• Schedule is 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) with no call required


• Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients of all ages


• Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs in consultation with physicians and care team members, including referrals to specialists


• Provide appropriate treatment for problems within scope of practice and refer appropriately when needed


• Utilize state-of-the-art clinical technology including EPIC and Ambient AI to promote improved patient outcomes and streamlined continuity of care
