Job summary

Growing Critical Access Health System near Olympia, WA, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an integrated primary care team in Elma, WA. The role offers a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, with a 3-day, 12-hour option being considered.

You will work with physicians, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population across Grays Harbor County. EPIC EMR is in use.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• 1 year Primary Care experience
• Strong patient-centered care approach

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population within an integrated team.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document and coordinate patient care.
