You will work with physicians, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population across Grays Harbor County. EPIC EMR is in use.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• 1 year Primary Care experience
• Strong patient-centered care approach

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population within an integrated team.
