Qualifications

• Certification as NP or PA from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon license (or ability to obtain) and BLS certification.
• 1+ year of primary care or managed care experience preferred.
• Strong patient care, teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care across the lifespan (peds–geriatrics).
• Collaborate with a care team, including dedicated Medical Assistant support.
