Job summary

Dr. Sami Khouri's practice in Folsom, CA seeks a Primary Care NP or PA to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will perform physical exams, manage chronic conditions, and educate patients and families, using EPIC EMR and coordinating referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of accredited NP or PA training program.
• Active California NP or PA license (or ability to obtain).
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Board certified.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to streamline care delivery.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to maintain accurate records and coordinate referrals.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide patient and family education and preventive care counseling.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe evidence-based treatments.
