Job summary

PE Community in Folsom, CA seeks a Primary Care NP or PA to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care under Dr. Sami Khouri. You will perform exams, manage illnesses and chronic conditions, and educate patients and families in a supportive team setting.

You will use EPIC EMR, coordinate referrals, and contribute to a collaborative culture that values compassionate, evidence-based care and patient advocacy. A 4-day work week is offered with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Completion of accredited NP or PA training program.
• Active California NP or PA license (or ability to obtain).
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Board certified.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations including well-woman exams.
• Diagnose acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe evidenced-based treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and use EPIC EMR for records.
• Educate patients and families to support long-term wellness.
