Job summary

Sockolov & Sockolov is seeking a full-time Primary Care NP or PA in Sacramento to provide comprehensive care to adults within a collaborative practice. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor's program.
• Completion of accredited NP or PA training program.
• Active California NP or PA license (or ability to obtain).
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Board certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to adult patients.
• Manage patient schedule and maintain medical records in EMR.
• Select medications and document diagnoses and treatments accurately.
• Provide informed patient decision-making and appropriate referrals.
