Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed NP or PA to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care in both in-office and tele-health settings from our Phoenix-based team. You will engage in ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and collaborate closely with in-house and virtual clinicians to deliver high-quality primary care.

The role requires AZ licensure at start, and there is potential to credential for additional states as the network expands.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• 5 years of outpatient primary care experience: 2+ years PCP or 1 year PCP with fellowship or 1+ year urgent care.
• Arizona state license to be obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as needed.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
