Job summary

You will provide ongoing support by responding to messages, refilling prescriptions, triaging consults, and conducting follow-up calls to track progress within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master of Science in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Clear and current CA NP license.
• Ability to maintain an appropriate work pace and make independent decisions.
• Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality.
