Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires MSN preferred; successful completion of NP/PA program.
• Minimum three years nursing clinic experience plus two years NP/PA experience.
• Current OH CNP/APRN/PA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in clinic following standards.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and order/interpret tests.
• Educate patients on medications, health, and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians for acute and long-term care needs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
