Job summary
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is placing a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in Fairbanks, AK to join a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on meaningful relationships and preventive care. You will see 10–15 patients per day with longer visits and a chance to connect with patients beyond high-volume medicine.
The role includes a Whole Health Coach within the care team and emphasizes prevention, wellness, and long-term outcomes, with leadership and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Current RN/APRN license and DEA registration.
- Primary care experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to relationship-based, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication, clinical, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients in a collaborative team-based setting.
- Deliver longer visits with a focus on prevention and wellness.
- Engage in relationship-based care to improve health outcomes.
- Collaborate with Whole Health Coach embedded within the care team.
- Lead and participate in leadership and professional growth opportunities.
