Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks a Medical Director to oversee clinical leadership across our primary care practices in Northampton and Dalton, MA. The role combines ongoing clinical work (70%) with focused administrative time (30%) to drive quality, safety, and care delivery improvements.

MD or DO with MA license required; Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine is preferred. Strong leadership, population health experience, and informatics training are highly valued.

• 2-5 years outpatient primary care experience
• Proven medical leadership and communication skills
