TEEMA Group in Los Angeles seeks a Medical Director to lead a 40-provider multi-specialty and primary care team. You will balance direct patient care with strategic administration to advance quality, provider performance, and operational innovation.

You will join the senior leadership, guiding clinical excellence, workflow optimization, and mentorship while ensuring high-quality care for underserved communities.

Competenze

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience (Medical Director or equivalent) overseeing 15+ providers.

Key Duties:

Operational Oversight: Direct clinic operations in alignment with organizational goals, developing essential policies, workflows, and clinical practice guidelines.
