Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care in North Carolina is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a compassionate, team-based clinic. You will help create a healthcare experience that feels personal while supporting providers in daily patient care.

You'll room patients, take vitals, perform phlebotomy, and assist with vaccines and screenings, with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends. The role includes full benefits and quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is preferred or required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and rooming patients.
• Taking vitals and updating medical histories.
• Supporting providers during patient visits.
• Performing phlebotomy and basic lab work.
• Administering vaccines and screenings (within certification).
• Coordinating follow-up care, referrals, and diagnostics.
• Answering patient questions and providing phone support.
• Preparing and stocking exam rooms.
• Supporting a clean, safe clinic environment.
