Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient visits in a Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm schedule with no weekend shifts. You will take vitals, room patients, document histories, and assist providers to deliver a personal, human healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant training or relevant clinical experience required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Comfort using EMR systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and rooming patients.
• Taking vitals and updating medical histories.
• Supporting providers during patient visits.
• Performing phlebotomy and basic lab work.
• Administering vaccines and screenings (within certification).
• Coordinating follow‑up care, referrals and diagnostics.
• Answering patient questions and providing phone support, preparing and stocking exam rooms.
• Supporting a clean, safe clinic environment.

What You'll Do
