Job summary

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics in Redmond is hiring a Medical Assistant to join our Urgent Care and support providers in delivering compassionate, efficient care to patients and families.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, triage of phone calls, and coordination of patient care; requires High School Diploma or GED, MA-C certification, WA DOH, CPR, and EPIC/EMR experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or military training that satisfies Washington state standards is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH is required.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience with EMR applications; EPIC preferred.

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Redmond Urgent Care.

Our Medical Assistants are a vital part of the patient experience in our clinic. They work with our providers to offer exceptional care for our patients and their families. Daily tasks including rooming patients, triage phone calls, and assisting in coordination of patient care.

Schedule

Sunday- Tuesday 3pm-11:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards required.

• Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH required.

• Current healthcare provider CPR certification required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
