Overview

Benefis Health System is recruiting an LCPC or LCSW to join our Behavioral Health team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and counselors within our large regional medical system in Great Falls, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments, provide individual psychotherapy and group therapy, and be an integral member of our intensive outpatient program (IOP) team.
• Mentor and/or supervise student interns and fellow staff who are not yet independently licensed.
• Support the outpatient and inpatient behavioral health services, collaborating with primary care and other specialties as needed.
• Clinic is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with no evening, weekend, or on-call obligations.
• Candidates must have earned a Master of Counseling or Social Work (or related field) and hold a Montana license or be eligible to obtain Montana licensure to be considered.
