Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care functional medicine team in Oregon. You will provide comprehensive medical services, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.

We offer guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation assistance, mentorship in functional and integrative medicine, and a no-night, 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as NP, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligible)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) timely and compliant
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner *, PA-C, MD, or DO ( or eligibility to obtain )
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)
