Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a nationally recognized healthcare organization in Illinois. The role emphasizes high-quality primary and family care in a fast-paced setting with a 38/27 schedule, every other weekend, and possible holiday rotation. An active FNP license and BLS are required.

The FNP will perform assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care, collaborating with a dedicated care team and maintaining precise EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active FNP license in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of one year of NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC).
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously in a fast-paced clinic.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including assessments and follow-up.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses and injuries.
• Conduct routine physical exams and health screenings.
• Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals for continuity.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and charting.
• Support appointment management and clinic administration.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with the clinical care team.
