Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a primary care/family medicine setting. The role emphasizes evidence-based care and teamwork within a clinical care team to promote preventive health and positive patient outcomes.

The candidate should have recent primary care or urgent care experience, be licensed as an FNP in the state, and be prepared for rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active FNP license in the state where the position is located.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent FNP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses, injuries, and ongoing health conditions.
• Conduct routine physical examinations, health screenings, and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within EMR systems.
• Support patient follow-up, appointment management, and clinic administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
