Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality primary and family healthcare. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care settings and will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of patient conditions in collaboration with a dedicated care team.

The position offers a pay rate of $75.00/hr with a 38/27 rotation schedule, including every other weekend, and potential holiday

Qualifications

• Active FNP license in the state of Indiana.
• At least 1 year of recent NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously in a fast-paced clinic.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical technology.
• Willingness to rotate weekends and holidays.
• May be required to obtain additional state licensure.
• DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family care including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Conduct routine physical examinations, health screenings, and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation within EMR systems.
• Support patient follow-up, appointment management, and clinic admin tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with the clinical care team.
