Job summary

Qualifications

• Active FNP license in the state of the position.
• Minimum one year NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care with assessments and follow-up.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses and injuries.
• Perform routine physicals, health screenings, and diagnostics.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
• Coordinate care with other providers for continuity.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Manage appointments and clinic administrative duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with the clinical care team.
