Qualifications

• Board certification required for practice.
• Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across ages.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses and staff.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring.
• Document in Epic EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support community health efforts.
