Trinity Health Medical Group seeks a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join the Primary Care Float team across THMG locations in Whitehall, Shelby, Hart and Ludington, MI. This full-time role provides comprehensive care coverage to support provider absences and high patient volumes.

Open to new graduates or experienced candidates; must be board-certified, have an active Michigan license (or ability to obtain) and a DEA license.

Qualifications

• Board certified prior to employment.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participating in teaching and mentoring.
• Documenting in Epic EMR.
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
• Supporting community health efforts.
