Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group is forming a flexible Float team for primary care physicians. The role offers short-term panel management coverage for clinicians on leave and patients without established care, with travel across the Pioneer Valley area.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of primary care, board certification in IM/FM/Med-Peds, and a minimum 20-hour weekly commitment. The position provides strong team support and access to the Mass General Brigham network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of primary care experience.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Minimum 20-hour commitment per week.
• Eligible to work in Massachusetts.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Pioneer Valley.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technologically adept and comfortable with diverse patient populations and clinical settings.

Responsibilities
