Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a flexible per diem opportunity in our Primary Care Float Pool serving North Shore communities including Peabody, MA.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team and use EPIC EMR, in-basket management, and after-hours support to ensure continuity of care during callouts and vacations. This role offers a flexible per diem schedule across multiple locations.

This highly skilled team of clinicians provides essential support across our practices, helping maintain continuity of care during unexpected callouts, extended leaves, planned vacations, and staffing vacancies. Our North Shore practice locations include Beverly, Danvers, Lynn, Marblehead, Peabody, Rowley, Salem, Saugus, and Swampscott.

This is a per diem position. Hourly pay is $141.75 per hour/shift, depending on the type and timing of shifts worked. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
