Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a flexible per diem opportunity in our Primary Care Float Pool serving North Shore communities including Peabody, MA.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team and use EPIC EMR, in-basket management, and after-hours support to ensure continuity of care during callouts and vacations. This role offers a flexible per diem schedule across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible IM/FM physician.
  • Per diem, flexible schedule across North Shore sites.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and thorough patient care.
  • Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, and specialists to deliver high-quality care.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR, in-basket management, and after-hours call services to support patients.
