Allina Health Blaine Clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join a 25-member team delivering primary care across ages, with access to specialty care throughout Allina Health. 36 patient contact hours weekly, minimal on-call, and RN triage support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies or equivalent.
• Current Minnesota Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA certification required upon hire.
• RN with NP certification path available with MN licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
• Practices in a thoughtful manner including cultural diversity, autonomy and legal responsibilities.
• Participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
• Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes for better care delivery and outcomes.
• May participate in peer review and quality assurance.
