Job summary

Allina Health Hastings is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a 38-member team in a busy outpatient setting. You will provide care across all ages, collaborate with mental health services, and access full Allina Health specialty support across the system.

Clinic hours and walk-in components support flexible scheduling in a supportive environment. The role emphasizes whole-person care, culture of collaboration, and commitment to clinician well-being within a large not-for-profit health

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required.
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to obtain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
• BLS Tier 1 within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
• Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, autonomy and legal responsibilities.
• Participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
• Uses quality improvement tools to develop processes that improve patient care, outcomes or workflows.
• May participate in peer review and quality assurance.
