Allina Health Blaine clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join a 25-member team, delivering outpatient primary care across ages with collaboration across mental health and imaging services. The role emphasizes whole-person care within a supportive environment and flexible FTE options.

The position requires completion of accredited PA or NP programs, MN licensure, and NCCPA certification (for PA track). Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 7am–5pm, with minimal call and RN triage support.

Qualifications

• PA degree and Minnesota PA licensure required.
• NCCPA certification required on hire.
• NP degree and MN NP licensure required as alternate path.
• RN licensure with NP certification or MD/DO path considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to manage patient care.
• Provide outpatient primary care to all ages.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Access and utilize EMR (Excellian) for patient records.
• Support care planning with mental health services and others.

Key Position Details

Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting.

The Blaine clinic is searching for an Advanced Practice Provider to join its team. Here you will be part of a 25 member team including the service line specialties of mental health services, medical imaging, and women's health, yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.

• 36 patient contact hours per week- flexible, open to lower FTE

• Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support

• Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families

• Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and closed Saturday-Sunday.

Principle Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree Completion of accredited Physician Assistant program required

• Licensed Physician Assistant - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire

• Certification as Physician Assistant - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants upon hire required

• Master's degree Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program required

OR

• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire and Certified Nurse Practitioner - ANCC - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) required certification within specialty upon hire and ACLS-BLS Tier 2 - Multisource required within 180 Days and Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain) Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI) Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

Pay Range

Pay Range: $129,400 to $145,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
