Job summary

MultiCare Health System’s Rockwood Clinic in Spokane is seeking a Licensed Integrated Mental Health Therapist to provide assessments, treatment planning and psychosocial therapy within a primary care setting. You will work in a multidisciplinary team, using evidence-based approaches to promote symptom reduction and better patient outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and active LMFT/LICSW licensure, with at least two years in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed LMFT/LICSW or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess symptoms and create customized treatment plans.
• Screen for behavioral health disorders using PHQ-9, GAD-7, Columbia Suicide Risk.
• Monitor symptoms and side effects to reduce symptoms.
• Support psychotropic medication management with PCPs.
• Track patient follow-up and outcomes using registry.
• Facilitate care plan changes and referrals as needed.
• Manage behavioral health crises in primary care.
• Provide flexible services via scheduled and urgent care visits.
