Job summary

MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in eastern Washington seeks a Licensed Integrated Mental Health Therapist to provide assessments, treatment planning and psychosocial therapy within a primary care clinic for a diverse patient population.

The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, evidence-based interventions, and thorough documentation to meet department standards. Full-time schedule with day shifts and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Licensed Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient's symptoms and creates customized treatment plans based on individual needs
• Screens patients for common behavioral health disorders using PHQ9, GAD7, Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment, or other tools
• Monitors changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects to reduce symptoms
• Supports psychotropic medication management prescribed by PCPs, focusing on adherence and effectiveness
• Tracks patient follow-up and outcomes using a registry and re-engage patients
• Facilitates care plan changes for non-responding patients and makes appropriate referrals
• Manages behavioral health crises in a primary care setting
• Delivers flexible behavioral health services during scheduled appointments and immediate interventions

Education
