Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a single primary care site and manage staff.
• Supervise front and back office staff; conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Handle staff employment processes: interviews, performance appraisals, and payroll.
• Promote outstanding customer service and resolve patient concerns.
• Oversee budgeting, billing and collections, and financial reporting.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and drive performance targets.
