Job summary

Myana is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single primary care site, focusing on physician and staff relationships, customer service, and financial management.

You will supervise front and back office staff, manage budgeting, billing and collections, and ensure compliance with OSHA/CLIA/COLA standards while maintaining high-quality patient care and operational efficiency at the Mississippi site.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in healthcare operations support with 2 years in management OR bachelor's degree with 2 years management experience.
• Education: High school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front and back office staff; conducts weekly staff meetings; liaison between support staff and physicians.
• Manages budgets, inventory, CPT-4/ICD-9 coding education; ensures reimbursement.
• Oversees billing and collections; maintains 95% collectable monies; enforces contracts and collection policies.
• Maintains accounts receivable aging; 90–120 days; AR days target ~55; 20% POS collection; 10% new patient ratio.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, CLIA and COLA; administers physician employment benefits; promotes safety practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
