Job summary

NIVA Health is launching a dedicated Primary Care service line within our wellness clinics across Florida and Michigan, seeking physicians who want to help shape what comes next. You will build your patient panel from the ground up with organizational support behind you.

As a physician, you’ll enjoy autonomy as the service line grows, shaping workflows and patient experience while collaborating with an established multidisciplinary team at each clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Active license in Florida or Michigan.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care: preventive, acute, and chronic care.
• Build your patient panel from the ground up with organizational support.
• Develop long-term patient relationships centered on continuity of care.
• Help shape clinical workflows and patient experience for the Primary Care division.
• Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary team at each clinic.
