Job summary

NIVA Health is expanding its wellness clinics in Florida and Michigan and launching a dedicated Primary Care service line. We are seeking physicians who want to build a patient panel from the ground up with strong organizational support.

This role offers autonomy, ongoing relationships with patients, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team as the Primary Care division takes shape across locations.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor / Doctor of Osteopathy (Required).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Required).
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or Michigan (Required).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment where some processes are still being defined.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Primary Care: preventive, acute, and chronic condition management.
• Build your patient panel from the ground up, with organizational support behind you.
• Develop long-term patient relationships centered on continuity of care.
• Help shape clinical workflows and patient experience for the Primary Care division as it’s built.
• Work alongside an established multidisciplinary clinical and operations team already in place at each clinic.
