Job summary

NIVA Health is launching a dedicated Primary Care service line within our established wellness clinics across Florida and Michigan. You’ll build your own patient panel from the ground up with organizational support behind you, delivering preventive, acute, and chronic care.

You’ll shape clinical workflows and the patient experience as the Primary Care division is built, collaborating with an existing multidisciplinary team and enjoying growth, autonomy, and long-term upside.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or Michigan required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment with evolving processes

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Primary Care: preventive, acute, and chronic management
• Build your patient panel from the ground up with organizational support
• Develop long-term patient relationships centered on continuity of care
• Shape clinical workflows and patient experience for the new Primary Care division
• Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary team at each clinic
