Mercy Hospital Southeast’s Primary Care Clinic in Cape Girardeau, MO, is seeking a PRN Primary Care Patient Care RN to collaborate with providers and the care team to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, you will partner with patients and clinicians to drive quality outcomes, following Mercy Service Standards and mission.

This role offers day shifts and a supportive team committed to compassionate care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and an Associate or Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
• Active RN license is required.
• Preferred 6 months healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care setting.

The Primary Care Patient Care RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Licensure: Active RN licensure
• Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
