Mercy Hospital Southeast – Primary Care Clinic in Cape Girardeau, MO seeks a Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers. This PRN position supports safe, timely, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment.

You will partner with patients and clinicians to drive quality outcomes, with a focus on effective communication, attention to detail, and adaptability to a busy primary care setting. Hours are days, PRN.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required in MO.
• ADN or BSN in Nursing required.
• Preferred 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care RN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Licensure: Active RN licensure
• Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
