Job summary

Mercy Hospital Southeast - Primary Care Clinic in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work PRN days under the primary care operations team. The RN will collaborate with providers to deliver safe, timely, high-quality care in a patient-centered approach.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care RN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Licensure: Active RN licensure
Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
