Mercy Primary Care is seeking an LPN to work under the direction of the primary care operations team. You will partner with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

The role is located at Mercy Hospital Southeast – Primary Care in Cape Girardeau, MO, with a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule. Active LPN licensure and a Diploma in Practical Nursing are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure required.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Nurse will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Location: Mercy Hospital Southeast - Primary Care, 817 S Mt. Auburn, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701

Hours/Schedule: Full-Time (40-hrs per week), Days

Minimum Requirements

Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing

Licensure: Active LPN licensure
