Position Summary

Northern Health is seeking an experienced, efficient, and self-directed Primary Care Assistant. This role involves preparing, storing, and serving meals for residents, staff, and visitors, including catering services. Responsibilities include food preparation, planning cooking schedules, coordinating workflow, supervising food service staff, managing supplies, processing invoices, sanitizing equipment, and performing related administrative duties.

Qualifications
  • Grade 12 diploma.
  • Graduation from an Office Assistant Course from an accredited Community College plus two years of recent, relevant experience in healthcare.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
