Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Alabama license as NP or PA is required.
• Experience in outpatient or primary care is preferred.
• Ability to meet credentialing, privileging, and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, obtain histories, perform exams, and assess health needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans within scope of practice.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Prescribe medications following laws and policies.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in meetings, training, and clinic initiatives.
